Thank You! £35 non-refundable deposit ( goes towards your service fee) is required through the website to secure your appointment . The remaining balance of your hair paid in cash, Hair is not included for all services bringing in your choice or request to get it for you For Emergency/ Squeeze In/ Appointment. Please Send us a Dm and keep it in mind that a fee of £45 would be added to your original bill You can manually cancel your appointment via the scheduling link 72 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment. If you cancel your appointment 72hours after your appointment , you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again. Please avoid booking on a day you have an event. I wouldn’t like to rush my work. Arrive with your hair washed, detangled ,stretched and properly blown out. Don't use any oil in your hair the day of your appointment . If you hair is not clean, I will refuse to service you , your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. Make sure you book the right hairstyle before your appointment cause you won't be able to change it the day of the appointment. 30 mins late = £20 fee 50 mins late = Appointment cancelled Please arrive with a Good attitude Thank you !
